FOOD: diary facilitates progress towards personal fitness goals by offering quick and efficient nutrient profiling. With just 60 seconds each day, users can monitor a comprehensive nutrient breakdown.
The app allows for seamless recipe combination with a single tap, whether it's intricate dishes like "Bobby Flay's Salmon with Brown Sugar and Mustard Glaze" or simple ingredient entries like Avocado or Apple.
Following each consumption, users simply document the food item with a tap to integrate all relevant nutrients (35 types) into the Health App.
